Chance me for Northwestern and Columbia?

<p>Hey! Can u guys chance me for Northwestern and Columbia? I'm currently a Junior.</p>

<p>School: Private Prep school
Ethnic: Asian, foreign citizenship (been 6 years in U.S.)
Hook: very ill mom during freshmen-> sophomore year, low income (<45000), only child, immigrant, no citizenship, no asian population in my school (just me and 2 other).
ACT: Will take soon (or should I..)
SAT: Taken it twice. First time 2000 without prep. Second time in March this year by accident 2060 (580 Reading 800 Math 680 Writing) I will be retaking it October. (working to get ~700 on reading and ~750 writing)
UW GPA: 3.87 (I got 3.6 in Sophomore year because of health issues with my mom and family problems. Will that help?)
W GPA: idk

- Been Volunteering at a hospital with music therapy (I started this program; playing music for the sick)
- Volunteered at local elderly home for bingo and provide music (piano)
-200~250 hours of volunteer just from 10th ~ 11th
- Recognized and renowned from the hospital through articles, newspapers and websites
- Got Governor's award for tutoring younger kids in Math/Writing every Friday
- I am working to get a state recognition for tutoring (i think i am getting it this september)
- Microsoft Math/Science competition 3rd in state</p>
