confused
Edit: You’re in at UF, not sure about NYU. But I still want to know what school has GPAs higher than 5

Oh, my unweighted is 3.8 and my weighted is 5.2 (at the moment). Thanks!

bump before I go to bed!

bumpp! I’ll chance anyone else back!

please chance me!

Chances? How about Vandy and University of Miami?

You must have calculated your GPA wrong, because it is impossible to have over a 5.0 GPA. A 5.0 GPA means you have ALL AP and Honors courses and you got As in all of them. But looking at the other stuff, I would say you would be accepted to NYU. Don’t know about the rest.

I volunteer at tampa general too! But anyway, I think you’re definitely in at UF and have a good shot at NYU if you have great essays and recs.

Oh, and it is possible where we live to have over a 5.0 - Our school system here is really weird, I’ve heard of many people who go into the 6’s and 7’s

cford, I volunteer @ St. Joseph’s  But my mother works as a nurse at TGH. That’s great, another floridian!

Yeah, Rypto, our calculations are pretty weird. My school’s valedictorian has a 3.7 unweighted but a 6.1 weighted. Recently, a girl from a local IB school had a GPA of 8.149 (not even kidding here; she got into Harvard).
