400+ hours of community service (the local zoo, the hospital, cleaning up beaches). Also included is 100 hours of work in a cancer research lab.

Vegetarian since I was 10, by choice much to my parent's dismay (just random, haha...ignore)</p>

<p>I wanted to be an artist since I was little, but due to experiencing a bad time in my life I ended up changing my mind a little more than a year ago. It sort of affected my grades and my commitment to school (wanting to be an art major and all) and the transition was a little difficult, so I'm planning to write about that in my college essay. I'm also very into my cultural background, medicine and international relations. What are my chances of getting into:</p>

<p>Good chance at all, although if you want to be competitive for Brown, I'd suggest taking the SAT again since you're only a junior. Your score isn't bad at all, but getting a 2250+ will put you in much better shape. Everything else does look really good though...great ECs!</p>

<p>Thank you!! I'm trying to compete with my twin sister, she has better g.p.a/rank and SAT score but I have an edge E.C. wise...she's trying to get into Miami's 7 year premed program. :)</p>
