Early Decision II</p>

<p>3.73 Unweighted GPA at a private, all-boys high school in Washington, D.C.</p>

<p>Wrote my Common App essay about a junior internship at a foreign policy think-tank in D.C.</p>

<p>Passionate essays, and great references (teacher who wrote my rec was just praised in the Washington Post)

<p>I think you have a pretty good shot. Your SAT’s and gpa are all within range; math score is a little low but I think you make up for it with reading and writing scores. I have the same problem haha. Good luck! I’m considering NYU as well…chance me? </p>

<p>You are taking a particularly rigorous senior year schedule, which should help you a lot. Your grades looks great, with the exception of SAT I Math. Given that you applied ED II, NYU should be a lock for you. A kid I know got into NYU EDI off of very similar grades…</p>

<p>What is the point of this chance thread? You’ve already submitted the app. Self-assurance? Self-esteem?</p>

<p>Chancing should only be used to determine whether or not it is worth it to apply to a school or see how you’d do in it’s applicant pool. Relax, my dude. What’s done is done. Go enjoy your senior year. </p>
