Chance me for NYU, Columbia, Colgate, CUNYs and SUNYs

<p>Hey everybody, I'm new to these forums and am looking forward to hear back from you guys just as much as these Colleges.
I'm a senior in a small, under-funded school that has minimal clubs and only 2 AP classes (for all grades, U.s History and English). I totally bombed my first two years of high school with a 69 GPA but came back Junior year with a 95. This year Im on the road to a 96 average. All unweighted.</p>

<p>I am applying to the following schools : CUNY Macaulay honors and regular (Hunter, Queens, Baruch, Brooklyn,City college.) SUNY Binghamton, Stony (fav), Geneseo (got connections), Oswego, and ESF. My privates are NYU, Columbia (why the hell not), Cornell CALS, Colgate.</p>

<p>-Male Hispanic who lives in NYC
-Dad makes ~130 G's</p>

<p>Academic:
-77.71 Overall GPA (Excluding senior year)
-Writing class at Queens College (Got an A)</p>

<p>Test Scores:
-SAT 1: 2030; M-680, CR-670, W-680. (Highest in school) I know it's pretty low for where I'm applying but I had no training whatsoever.
-SAT 2: Math 2-670 (didn't take pre-calc beforehand), Physics-660 (Had regular Physics class)
-ACT: C-30,E-28, M-31, R-27, S-32 (I wish I could only send science )
-Highest regents scores in school for trig, physics, us history</p>

<p>Extracurricular:
-Cofounder of school's Robotic's club (11, 12)
- varsity rugby team. (11, 12)
-USARugby Club team (11, 12)
-Summer Bridge (12)
-Men's choir (section leader , 9th)
-School winter concert fundraiser (10,11)
-School tutor for phy9sics math and US history(10,11,12)</p>

-Self-employed computer repairman (I love it)
-Lab facilitator at New York Hall of Science</p>

<p>Intended Major:Physics</p>

<p>Essays:
-common & suny app: Talks about how I broke my spine and recovered through hard work. Applied to my schoolwork(8.5/10)
-Macaulay 1: Like common app, but more vivid(8/10). 2: spoke on how i dont have one activity i can call my favorite because they all have one thing in common. I make abstract ideas into tangible realities.(10/10)
-NYU supp: spoke about intended physics research and clinically applied physics(9/10)
-Columbia 1: turning textbooks into machines. (10/10) 2: similar to nyu(9/10) 3:Experiences about my family of teachers teaching me. (8/10)
-Cornell supp about my dream where sustainable energy creates a future for humanity(10/10)</p>

<p>Recommendations:

-Guidance Counselor (beyond amazing, i think a year of ass kissing paid off)</p>

<p>I know a lot of these schools are big reaches. If you're wondering whether or not im silly or just plain arrogant, don't worry-I have safery schools too. Im just in a weird situation where im trying to prove im not the same student I was before. I love physics, and have environmental studies just in case. I have really high aspirations for life and I hope these schools could guide me to success.</p>
