<p>Im really worried because on the Wisc form people who have 3.8s claim to be worried about getting in…what is the “soft” cutoff for a large state school like wisc?</p>

<p>you’ll get in. I go here and I have friends who have transferred in. They had 3.5 GPA and just some decent essays. Just make sure your essays are good.</p>
