Chance me for OSU-Columbus?

Hey guys. I'm a senior. The high school I go to is ranked and has been named a blue ribbon school a few years in a row.

GPA: 3.88 uw
ACT: 29
Class rank: top 10%
Female, Asian (URM in my area)

I have taken college level classes in high school for 3 years. These are not college-prep classes. They are actual college courses one would take at a university, such as ENG110, BIO101, CL CHEM II, etc. This is the most unique thing about my residential high school. I like science and the humanities so I plan on majoring in Psychology and fulfilling the requirements for dental school.

EC's:
French Club- 4 yrs (Public Relations officer)
Indian Cultural Assoc.- 3 years (Vice President)
International Student Org.- 3 years (VP, President)
Economics Club- 2 years (Vice President)
Medical Interest Club- 2 years
Volleyball- 3 years (Captain)
Biology TA- 2 years

Honors and Awards:
French I-III Literary Rally- 3 years
National French Contest- 2 years
NHS- 2 years
Annual Inter-school Sports Competition- 1st place in volleyball two years in a row
School Science Fair- 3rd place in Biology

Community Service:
60 hours of Algebra tutoring
25 hours Key Club
25 hours Habitat for Humanity
30 hours Community Kitchen
Raised $200+ for charity overseas

I would like to know what my chances of admittance to OSU-Columbus are and how the pre-dental classes are. How cutthroat and competitive are students? I know that you need the best grades possible for dental school. How are my chances for the National Buckeye Scholarship Award ($12,000/yr) or the Morrill Scholars Program (full tuition)? Their recipients have an ACT of 28 or higher, so am I OK in that regard? I am working on raising my score a point.

Sorry for the long post, and thank you!

A lot of people from my high school have been accepted to OSU main campus and you seem to be miles ahead of them with your stats. I think you will get accepted!
Good luck :)

OSU: Safety

Wow, I got better news than I thought I would.

Catria-- Safety? Really? For the main campus? Thank you.

OSU is my second choice, and would be my first choice if I could get either the National Buckeye or Morrill Scholarship. Do you think I have a shot at that?

Bump… by the way, I am an out-of-state applicant.

Bump… any other opinions?

You look like you have a great shot at getting at least the buckeye award. Although there is no telling how many applicants they pick. Retake the act if you can. It will give you a better shot at both scholarships.

Definitely re-taking the ACT.
