Chance me for Penn CAS?

Hi guys,
I spent 3 weeks living on the UPenn campus this summer as part of a research internship and I fell in love with the campus. Definitely my top choice, but unsure whether or not it’s safe to ED with my credentials:

Academics:
Unweighted GPA - 3.80
Weighted GPA - 4.92
Class Rank: N/A
SAT: 1590
SAT II: 800 Math II, 790 Chemistry, 790 Physics (Any ideas on which 2 to submit? or do I just send all 3?)
Course load: Pretty rigorous, 16 APs total, rest are honors courses
AP Tests:
Grade 9- World History (5)
Grade 10- U.S. History (5)
Grade 11- Physics 1 (5), Physics 2 (5), Chemistry (5), English Language and Composition (5), Calculus BC (5),
Psychology (5)
Grade 12- will be taking AP Gov, AP Econ, AP French, Calculus 3 (college course), AP Biology, AP Statistics, AP Physics
C (both Mechanics and E/M), and AP Literature and Composition

ECs:
-Swim Team (Only Freshman Year)
-Math Team (all 4 years)
-Science Bowl (Looking to make nationals this year)
-Volunteer at local hospital (100+ hours)
-Head Volunteer as a math tutor for elementary school kids (50+ hours)
-Volunteer at local Chinese School (20+ hours)
-Debate Team (only 11th and 12th grade, 9th in Novice State)

Awards:
-AIME Qualifier (Scored a 4, unsure if I should include the score)
-National AP Scholar/AP Scholar with distinction
-3rd Place in WYSE English Regional Competition
-Frosh Conference Swim 1st Place in 50 Free (unsure whether to include)
-Won a ton of awards at regional debate tournaments (unsure whether to include)

@7Eleven Your stats look very good. Since Penn is your top choice, i would strongly encourage doing ED. Penn gives a substantial advantage to ED applicants and given your stats you are definitely competitive. Your GPA is a bit lower than the typical Penn incoming class average (which is around 3.93-3.94), but it is still very high and you make up for it with your SAT scores and APs.
