Chance me for Penn ED please?

Hey everyone! Penn has been my dream school for years and I was hoping to get some feedback on how much of a chance I have.

So here is my information...

Grades/Scores:
GPA: Unweighted - 4.0 (out of 4.0), Weighted - 4.82
SAT: 2370 (800 CR, 770 M, 800 W, 11 essay)
SAT II: 780 Bio E, 780 US, 770 Math II
AP Scores: APUSH (5), World History (5), Lang (5), Psych (5), Bio (5)

Awards:
National Merit Semifinalist (don't technically know this yet, score was 226)
AP Scholar with Distinction
Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science Talent Search Outstanding Junior
American Society of Microbiology Honorable Mention
National Latin Exam Gold Medal (4 years)
Plus a bunch of other really minor Latin/science fair awards that I don't think are that important.

Extracurriculars:
Varsity swim team (4 years)
Local aquatic club team and summer swim team off-season (3 years)
Latin Club (4 years; 10th grade - editor, 11th and 12th grade - co-president)
Also served as state newsletter editor on the Pennsylvania Junior Classical League executive board during 11th grade
Environmental Education Club (4 years; 11th grade - education chair, 12th grade - secretary)
Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science Research Competition (3 years, minor awards)
Montgomery County Science Research Competition (3 years)
National Honor Society (1 year)

Work/Volunteer:
Worked as boating & fishing specialist at a day camp summer before senior year, also worked as a lifeguard/swim lessons aide at local pool.
I never really got a chance to volunteer except for like < 20 hours last summer, which is so insignificant compared to other people that I'm going to leave it off my application.

Not sure what category this goes in, but I attended Center for Talented Youth the summer before 10th grade (class: Philosophy of Mind) and completed an online course through Brown (Fiction of Relationship) the summer before 12th grade. Unfortunately I didn't really do anything productive the summer before 11th grade because I was studying for the SATs and doing a ton of summer homework, so I hope that doesn't hurt me.

Recommendations:
I'm getting one from my Latin teacher, who I'm really close with, so that should be really good. The other will be from my AP Lang teacher, which should also be good, but we'll have to see.

Essays:
I already wrote my common app essay and I think it's pretty solid. Haven't written my Why Penn essay yet but hopefully it'll be good too.

Basic Info:
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: White
High school: public school from an upper-middle class Philadelphia suburb...I know this doesn't help me...:(
Hooks: Legacy

I'm definitely going to apply early decision. If I don't get in, I'll apply to several other schools, most likely including Duke, UVA, Georgetown, William & Mary, Tufts, Boston College, Wake Forest, Princeton, and Brown, as well as Pitt and Penn State as safeties.

Thank you for actually reading all of this! Best of luck to anyone else who's applying! :)

Great chances. You have solid scores, grades, activities, and even legacy status to boot! The only real variable that could make or break you is your essays. If possible, I’d recommend that you cut down your list of schools a bit so as to focus as much time on your Penn application/essays. A big mistake many highly qualified applicants is spreading themselves too thin by applying to too many elite institutions.

Thank you! And I probably won’t apply to all of the schools I listed…my list is not final so I just put down the ones that I’m considering. :)

I’d be kind of disappointed if they didn’t admit you. Awesome test scores and grades like that give you a pretty good shot.
