Chance me for Phillips Exeter PLEASE!

<p>Hi I was just wondering what chances do I have for getting into phillips exeter:
I get mostly A's, some A-'s, and maybe one B+ per year (My High School GPA so far is 3.9 with AP classes).
I scored a 94% overall on the SSAT
I take spanish and latin and am in the latin club and received "*** laude" on the national latin exam
I play soccer and tennis competitively.
I have played the electric guitar for 8 years.
I volunteer at a local science museum.
My sister attended Phillips Exeter.
I am applying for 10th grade.
I applied last year but was waitlisted(I applied for financial aid last year)
I will not be applying for financial aid
I go to the best high school in the region and probably in the state.
I am half Indian and half Kenyan
I'm pretty good with interviews, mine will be off-campus.
I received the math award and an award for leadership after 8th grade graduation.
I do Model UN
I am on the academic team
I am in the Science Club</p>

<p>You should get in. I’d be very surprised if you didn’t, unless prep school admissions have gone completely insane since I was applying. I find it very strange that you got waitlisted last year.</p>

im applying too. but mine is no where near as good as yours.
