<p>Hi I am a current sophomore applying for junior year at phillips exeter, I was hoping some of the more experienced among you could rate my chances for getting into this great school.
Current Grades
English Honors: A
Math Honors and 1 year ahead: A-
AP physics: A-
Spanish 4: A+
Social Studies Honors: A+
Biology Honors: A+
Chemistry: A-</p>

<p>My ending Freshman GPA was a 4.0 on a 4.33 scale
I am a varsity track athlete and have hiked avidly for years including a nols course
I am president of the science club and Environment club
I am interning at a lab this summer and have worked the past 3 years at a farm for 8/12 months in the year
I have received outstanding science awards in all my classes
I have done multiple engineering competitions and consistently get top 3
I swim and have made states the past 2 years in a row
My ssat score was a 2380ish, 99th percentile in all subjects
and lastly, my interview went quite well in my opinion. </p>

<p>What is your take?</p>

<p>I also did splash at MIT and have done habitat for humanity for the past few years, usually at least on project a year and volunteer at my local library</p>

<p>Personally, I think you have a good chance, but obviously, don’t take my word for it since I am NOT an AO.</p>

<p>Good luck! Just know that they usually only admit around 25 new uppers, I think. A lot of people are going to have good stats as well, so think of what your “hook” is going to be.</p>
