FEEL FREE TO ALSO RECOMMEND COLLEGES TO ME

So I can speak to Pitt and Penn State but not the others. Your scores are great and your junior year grades are great. But the much lower GPA freshman and sophomore year (combined with the high scores) implies that you were slacking off for two entire years. Your number of volunteer and work hours will also effect things. With Pitt you have a chance, but not a great chance, same with Penn State. The lack of honors/AP classes also will hurt you. If you were in more honors/AP classes it would help justify the grades a bit. Speaking about students at least from my school (a public school in Pittsburgh) you will be up against people with 15+ honors/AP classes. I think your best shot would be to apply to both the main campuses and one of the other branches and transfer if you don’t get in.
P.S. Use your ACT, it is better
