Chance me for PSU University Park and UCONN Storr's Campus please

I would really appreciate it if anyone could realistically tell me if I have a decent shot at the main campuses:
SAT: 1890 (660Math, 620Reading, 610Writing)
ACT: 29
GPA: School does not do GPA, but I have a 90.64% average...We also don't weight
Class Rank: 5/135
Classes: All honors classes, as well as APUS, AP calc, and Ap enviro. I received 4's on enviro and history. This year I will be taking AP/ECE lit, Ap stats, two classes at my local cc, and other honors courses.
Extra C: Member of the UHART Philharmonia and brass quintet, NHS, Varsity Golf (since fresh), JV soccer, internship with local lawyer on a research project, umpire little league games (20+ per year), math team (fresh and soph year), HS Jazz band, HS Marching band, Pit orchestra, EDIT: Boys' State also.
Thank you!

If you are instate you should absolutely zero trouble getting in to penn state. 2/3 of the admissions process there is your transcript and the other third are your scores which both fall in the middle 50% range. Idrk about out of state but you still would look like a strong choice.

I am from CT so maybe I’m in a gray area :/, thank you for your response bman!

Does anyone else have an idea for my chances at PSU?

yes you’re likely to get in but be aware that unless your parents have $50,000 you’re unlikely to be able to afford it.

UConn: Low match
Penn State: Low match/Match

You’re in for UConn (in-state)
