Rutgers could care less about SAT IIs and extracurricular. As long as you have one or two extracurricular activities, you’re good. Your stat looks good. I’d say you’re in.

Didn’t you say you’re “at leat top 10%”?
How can you be under 25% if you have a 4.0 GPA? It sounds like you are attending a very interesting high school.

No worries. When they say 25th percentile, they are usually talking about the GPA. Besides, even if they were talking about the SAT score, 2100+ isn’t a terrible score for Ernest Mario. You even see a few people get in with a 1900. Don’t ask me how, because I don’t know the answer to that.

I think you have a pretty good chance. If it’s possible, take the SATs one more time and try to get your super score to a 2200+. If you can, you’ll definitely get in.

So I increased my superscore to 2200. I know that I need at least 2250 for presidential scholarship, but do you think I have a chance of getting it if they happen to have extra funding this year?

There are some full rides for pharmacy, but VERY rare. Rutgers has become rather scrimpy with the scholarships lately. But OP’s stats aren’t that bad. Other than the slightly low SAT, he/she should be fine
