<p>The fact that you’re in state helps a lot. SAT and GPA are kinda low though. I’d say Rutgers is a high match.

<p>I would say Rutgers is a high match to low reach for you. I don’t know that much about your profile. Do you have AP classes, etc? Your SAT Math might get you in though, very impressive for Rutgers. </p>
