Chance me for Stanford?

Hi guys, first time on here so I'm in my second to last year of high school (Junior?), I'm from Kingston, Jamaica. I've just started the full IB Diploma programme. Prior to this, I had a 3.8 gpa, though I'm sure it will be going up, and I got 9 1's (A's) and 1 2 (B) in my CXC exams, which are the standardized tests for the Caribbean. I haven't taken the SAT's yet, but my practice tests are in the 2300 range. My extracurriculars include Model United Nations, Debating, Art, Botany, School Band and Long Distance Running. I have several community service projects as required with the CAS aspect of IB including fortnightly visits to a nearby elderly home and a one week summer camp for diabetic children from the inner city of Kingston. Assuming I score around that range in the SATs and get a 40 or above predicted score by the end of the school year, would I have a shot at getting into Stanford? Also, I should be able to do alright on the essay as I write a lot (almost finished my half novel half philosophy book) and I've heard what matters is that you write passionately about something you love and express yourself as a person for it.

You have great stats and ECs. Sure you would have a chance. So will the very many other applicants with similar qualifications. Stanford accepts very few students, so slim chance for everyone.

At our highly ranked hs, I know of only one Stanford acceptance (maybe there others). She was top IB studetn and URM and state ranked athelete.
