I am also taking the ACT soon and on my practice tests I get around a 33. I am currently a junior. If it matters, I'm a minority (african) and a twin. Harvard is my dream but any Ivy League would be an honor. What are my chances?

Any and all input is appreciated. :)

Well, your grades I’m sure are great, especially if you’ve taken 4+ AP classes by the end of junior year. However, the extracurriculars seem slightly standard… Is your interest science or writing? Or maybe a complex of both? From reading this post I didn’t really see who you are, and that’s going to hurt you. Nonetheless, African will help. Aim for a 32+ on the ACT and you’ll have a shot! By the way, keep in mind that it’s not all about the name of the school. There’s schools comparable to the ivies that you will have a better chance at-- the ivies are a reach for all.

Academically you are qualified. as are the rest of the applicants to ivy league schools. If you maintain that GPA and get a 2200+/32+ then youre set academically. With your ECs i would recomend focusing mostly on the ones that matter most to you where you hold leadership positions, rather than just packing your resume. That’s how you will stand out, show you’re passionate about something.
