<p>School: Public; ranked in top 300 in america(not that great haha), but our grade is extremely competitive and it's one of the best public schools.
Will be junior and I am an Indian male
Rank:6/393
UW GPA:4.00(our school doesn't weight GPA so I don't know what it is weighted)
SAT:2050(i had to take it as a soph. because i am going to take courses at the local college next year and an SAT score is needed. I will probly get 2200+ next try)
AP courses:
AP GOV-5
AP Language-expected 5
AP Spanish-expected 5
AP World H-expected 5
AP Bio-expected 5</p>

<p>I will have taken 14 APS by the end of high school career and 3 college courses. I expect all 5's except maybe one 4.
Not trying to brag, but I have skipped various courses(english courses and spanish courses) because of my ambition and skill in the subject, so i am far far ahead of my peers in the liberal arts. However, because of the extremely difficult courseload in comparison to my peers, my rank is a bit lower. I wouldn't be allowed to take this many AP's traditionally if I had not insisted and "argue" with the superintendent. </p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
Will have 4 years on Varsity tennis team
I'm in various clubs and honor societies and I am a high ranking officer in Beta Club, Spanish Honor Society, and the captain of the Debate team.(Won 4th place in state, and have tried to raise money to revitalize the debate program and make it relevant again. Also, have won several tournaments, most as maverick, or alone and without a partner(due to the lack of one) Mav. was during novice, and I do policy debate) Also, founder of Mock Trial(want to be a lawyer)
Interned at the solicitor general's office(they prosecute misdemeanors) for 150 hours+.
Nominated for the Georgia Honors Program in Spanish.
Volunteered for the Red Cross extensively, am on the Executive Committee for the Youth Board.
Selected for Honor Council(like a court for student "crimes")
Play piano.
fluent in Spanish, English, and can perfectly understand, but not speak, tamil(an Indian language)
Researched with a doctoral student at UGA regarding Spanish and how Hispanic heritage affects youth in America.</p>

<p>Mayo is a tool of a ■■■■■, ignore him. I agree that your biggest issue right now is your SAT score, get that up a few hundred pts. EC’s are pretty interesting though.</p>

<p>Pull up those test scores to improve your chances, but bear in mind that the top schools are reaches for everyone. To be completely honest, you don’t stand out as a unique Asian male. And Asians are overrepresented as it is.</p>
