<p>Your ACT is high but GPA is very low... unless you took a very difficult schedule. You're also out-of-state. I'd say you're a toss-up.</p>
<p>34/36? Big public college? definitely a good chance.
I think you will get in, but a rank outside the top half might hold you back - any chance it will move up to top 50% be the midyear transcript?</p>
<p>You should have a good chance of getting into UW but since it is a Washington state public school, I wouldn't say that you are guaranteed a spot.</p>
