Chance me for this university please. =) (French applicant)

Hi there!
I’m currently a French student in a little town somewhere in the center of France.
I’d like to know my chances to get into Harvard and also, if I can do anything that could help. It’s very difficult to do extracurricular or other things in France so…

Male
Ethnicity: Caucasian

Test Scores:

SAT Scores:
800 Math
800 Critical Reading
800 Writing
Total: 2600
So a perfect SAT Score the first time I did them.

SAT II Scores:
800 Math II
800 Physics
800 Chemistry
Another perfect score at the first time.

Paper-Based TOEFL: 677/677
I took all my tests once.

First Certificate in English by Cambridge University : Perfect Score.

Bac S avec mention européenne en anglais (Scientific Baccalaureate with the European mention in English): 21/20; Mention: Very Good (this is the best starting at 16/20).

High-school rank:
French schools don’t rank their pupils but I’ve got the best marks ever in the school history.

High-School options:
- Third language : Japanese
- European class : High level in English

(We can only choose 2 options in France, well, this give us 8 hours a day without the homework. ^^)

Languages:
French, English, Spanish, Japanese (Those languages have been learned at school in several years.)
Ancient Greek, Chinese, German (Those languages have been learned by myself and not at school or with other organization.)

General average: 19.2/20
The class average is about 10.1/20 and we are a good class.

Academics:
Not a lot of awards in France but well…

Congratulations at all my trimesters and the best marks since my born.

je pense que tu as un tres bon chance! 2600??!!! OH LA LA

2600.. great job..

rejected.. :)

Oh Oh! =P
My finger fell on the 6. (Two times.. well..)
2400/2400. :$

Well... u may consider MIT instead of Harvard..

look here, if you can't multiply 800 X 3, no offense but i don't think you belong at harvard. Definitely not at MIT lmao

so how do you say "2600" in chinese, if you've mastered so many languages?

Hi,
About the 2600 I think that I've mixed both the old SAT and the new. x)
For tongchen1226, 2006 :

Come on ****ing keyboard !!
2600 instead of 2006 in my previous post...
(I've no num pad but well...)

You really are quite the perfectionist, aren't you? :)

Good shot.

I think you have fairly good chances. By the way, 2600 in Chinese is: (liang qian liu bai) 俩千六百。

Rejected. Go to Community College.

"By the way, 2600 in Chinese is: (liang qian liu bai) 俩千六百。"

Liang means "both" and it may be possible to say that, but in 二千六百 there's

'cause your imaginary stats won't work at Harvard.

And what about if I can prove those stats in the Application Form ? =)

I'm not going to waste any more time in here.

Damnit. Just did.

Au revoir.

Okay thanks...

Yes..."er" is used in those cases but with 2000, it is "liang". (I'm a native Mandarin speaker...)

You have won Gold Medals at both IMO and the IPhO? You can probably count on two hands the number of people worldwide who have done that in the past four years.

Thanks monkeycloud.
Yes amb3r, but I haven't done a lot of extracurricular activities so I don't know if Harvard will consider me. =S
