Chance me for top engineering schools.

What are my chances of me getting into these top engineering schools as of now? I am only a sophomore, but I have a pretty good idea what I am going to finish with.
Race: Indian (Asian)
Gender: Male
Income bracket: 150k-180k
I live in Georgia

GPA will be around a 4.0 UW or maybe a 3.96 and W it will be around a 4.46

I have already taken AP Human Geography and am taking currently AP World History and AP Psychology. My school doesn’t offer math and science APs till junior year. Next year I will take AP calculus AB AP calculus BC AP US history AP Physics 1 and AP environmental science. Senior year I will take AP European History AP AP Physics 2 AP Statistics AP Biology and possibly AP Chemistry (not sure if I will take 3 sciences in a year). I have only taken one AP exam so far which was AP human geography and I got a 5. So in total I will have taken 13 APs

For standardized tests I am going to take the SAT and plan to get around a 2300 with an 800 math. I am not sure yet about SAT subject test but I will probably take some.

Extracurriculars is where I really lack. I do very few clubs because I founded and am the president of my own. Our mission is helping feed those in the community. We have over 60 members and have led more than 10 projects that focus on distributing and the packaging of canned and nonperishable foods. Other than that I have done TSA both years nothing extraordinary. I have done DECA one year nothing extraordinary. I am currently doing KEY club and must do 10 hours of service a semester to stay in it. Over the summer I was a leadership intern at a nearby elementary school. I got over 40 service hours for it and helped kids during a program called Camp Invention. I plan to do this every summer. I am a popular math tutor around my nrighborhood getting paid hourly. I do one on one tutoring about 4 hours a week. I plan to work a job this summer, that should help.

I know all the information is very iffy as I am only a sophomore but assuming it all happens and nothing drastic occurs, how are my chances? Once again I live in Georgia. The colleges I am interested in are:

Georgia Tech
University of Illinois Champaign Urbana
Duke
Virginia Tech
Carnegie Mellon
UC Berkeley
Stanford (I know it’s a reach)
Cal tech (I know it’s a reach)
MIT (I know it’s a reach)

Can you please tell me what my chances are of getting into these colleges and if you know any other good engineering schools I should apply at. Also, if there is anything that would help my application. I know I lack extracurriculars. The help is much appreciated.

UCB is a reach for out of state.

Alright thanks for the help. Do you think Georgia Tech is attainable though? And do I have any shot at Caltech?

No one can chance your properly based on predicted scores/GPA etc…
Keep working hard on your grades, get involved in some EC’s that you enjoy, prep for the SAT and come back end of Junior year with a valid GPA/Test scores and EC’s. Also the most important factor for a college search will be how much can your parents pay? Get a dollar amount…

Good Luck.
