I think your focus on politics is strong, though your list of extracurriculars isn’t especially extensive. This is especially helpful for DC schools like American, and your story will help you, as will your test scores. I’d say:
American: Accept
Gettysburg: Accept
William and Mary: Accept
Georgetown: Waitlist [Are you applying for SFS? That’s much harder than the College, so it is difficult to chance.]
Cornell: Accept/Waitlist
Dartmouth: Accept/Waitlist
Columbia: Waitlist/Reject
Washington University in St. Louis
