Essays (Hook?):
Good-Great. It will describe the medical condition that I suffered through, but eventually overcame. It could be seen as an explanation of my poor school performance during those years in school, as I was medicated and out of school consistently for blood testing. This may be used as a hook?

However, I've heard from others that this may not be the best essay to use, as adcoms may see it as negative... However, I tried my hardest to describe the success in overcoming my condition, and end with a looking-toward-the-future attitude. Please tell me if I should just drop the essay as a whole.

Recommendations:
Great. From teachers and counselor that I am very close with.

However, I was wondering if it would be better to get an academic teacher for a second recommendation instead of my counselor?

Again, thanks.

Still looking for a chance (I changed stats since my first chance me thread because of new information, so i’d like to know where I stand now)

“Certified in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel”
lol

Drop the essay, doesn’t show your personality, overdone, etc. and stuff

my BIM2 teacher said it would be helpful for college apps -.-
