Chance me for uc!

Please chance me for UC Riverside and Irvine.
GPA: 3.44 (UC)
SAT: 1640
EC: All 4 years have had two leaderships in two clubs
Honors: California Scholarship Federation
Race: Asian (>.<)
Major: Computer Engineer (Does this matter)

I'm a senior, so it's too late to re-take my SAT's unfortunately. Yeah, I know, it's low. I regret myself for not going to a prep course for SAT. T_T

Go here and determine if your combination of GPA and SAT scores are sufficient to be deemed in the top 9% of high school students state-wide, which is questionable from numbers you give: [University of California - Statewide path](http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/freshman/california-residents/admissions-index/index.html) You will not be admitted to any UC unless you meet the qualifying minimum scores in the last chart on that page. If you do meet the minimum, you will be admitted to at least one UC and that would likely be Riverside or Merced if you apply to both.

A small number of people are admitted without meeting those requirements. But dont count on it unless if you have extraordinary ECs.

Your stats are fairly low, so your chances at either school is questionable. Riverside has an average admit GPA of 3.7 and SAT score of 1700. It would already be tough if Riverside didn’t have such a small standard deviation in terms of their admit profile.

My advice is to go to a CC, brush up your grades, and transfer.
