Chance me for UCSC?

I am a soon to be senior and I go to a competitive public school in Oregon. My freshman year I got a 3.33 gpa, my sophomore year I got a 2.96 , and my junior year I got a 3.7 (3.4 first semester, 4.0 second semester) I took 1 IB class junior year(Anthropology) and got an A in both semesters. I have forcasted for IB (HL) Anthropology and IB Geography. I have only taken the ACT and scored a 22 which I am going to retake. My goal is to get a 26 or higher (I am trying to be realistic). I will be taking the SAT and I am aiming for a 1600 or higher, I am a horrible standardized test taker. I am also a triplet so my parents have to send all of us to college at the same time including my older brother, so that's 4 kids.

Extra Curriculars:
Track all 4 years
Cross Country 3 years, 2 years varsity. I got an award for improving my PR every single week at each race
JV2 soccer freshman year
Have done photography workshops
Have had some of my artwork in restaurants and art shows (ceramics and photography)

Volunteer Work:
Volunteer for the Humane Society, have been fostering kittens all my life
Volunteered at Nike in the DNA department
Volunteered at Road Races
Volunteer with Refugee Kids
Volunteer at Book Bank

What are my chances?

Colleges consider improvements in academic criteria, so you definitely have a chance. Also, make sure to do well in Senior year also because colleges (especially UCs) look at you class ranking (eg. top 20%) It seems that your extra curricular activities are good too.

What is your 10-12 UW and W GPA? And if you know your UC GPA, what is that as well?
