Chance me, please! I'm very anxious to get in, and would love to also have a good chance at the honors college.

Hey-
Your stats appear quite impressive and as you suggested, I too would retake the SAT. The only problem I see is that the next SAT offered will be in October and those SAT scores “may not” reach UF admissions committee by November 1. Id strongly suggest retaking the ACT that will be offered in September 10 and the results should just make the November 1 cut-off date. Additionally, I would strive for an ACT score of 31 which should make you much more competitive and as long as your representation is accurate of your true academic stats, then you should have an 90 % chance of gaining admissions as a true freshman for the 2012 fall term! Good Luck !

Retake the SAt if you like though your current definitely puts you in pretty good standing for admission but its not required that you have all your scores in by Nov 1. As long as you send in scores so that your application file is complete you can continue to take the SAT and send in scores until Dec 1 I believe and they’ll keep refreshing your folder a those new scores are sent in.

Thank you! Hopefully a 1460 M+R and a 2200 M+R+W will get me into honors.

You will easily get into honors (it only requires a 2070); although, the honors program isn’t that special except for the fact that you get to stay at Hume

Bump, please! Just a few more opinions!
