Chance me for UPenn, Northwestern, Notre Dame, UMichigan, and Cornell as a Transfer

That’s great advice, gabbyf. But, I was the captain of the basketball team. I lead them to those accomplishments? Isn’t that good? I don’t know :frowning: . You’re also right about the community service. I’ll have to fix up my resume.

What do you think my chances are at the schools I listed? Should I retake my SATs? They allow it.

@gabbyf

your chances really depend on your reasons for transferring to and from schools. I really can’t say anything until you elaborate on those.

Well, I can the reasons why I want to transfer to Northwestern. Northwestern was my dream school last year as a senior in H.S. It’s the best fit for me. I want to major in Journalism, and they have one of the best undergraduate journalism schools in the country. The journalism I want to do is sports journalism. I have had so much experience with sports. I lead my basketball team to the National Prep Tournament this past March. We were ranked at highest at 2nd in the country. I have seen it all. Also, Northwestern has gradutes who went to work for ESPN, such as Michael Wilbon, who has his own show “PTI” on ESPN. Overall, I want to go to Northwestern, Medill school of Journalism. Sports is my life, and I love writing. To put those two together would be amazing.
