Also expected rec letter from the founder of my school. Graduated from Stanford and has a PhD in mechanical engineering. The school is internationally known and draws in students that are the children of high ranking politicians, business leaders, etc. including the former VP of Nigeria’s children.

wow! You are quite the impressive applicant though I fear you might be grouped in the students fibbing about their extra curricular activities. I know for Stanford they like high AP scores, SAT, and SAT IIs while ivies are more friendly to students who claim to have saved the world.

I can assure you everything listed above is 100% factual information. I want an accurate prediction of my chances so lying would not make any sense. Thank you for your input though. What aspects of my extracurriculars are unbelievable? Maybe I need to work on rewording something.

no, not in the least. I’m not accusing you of lying…I’m saying your extra curriculars are so deep and numerous that you could easily get grouped in with liars. Ivy league schools in particular are used to seeing the heaviest dose of extras but a Harvard’s admissions officer explained the first thing ivy league schools do after sorting by GPA, then SAT is toss out applications that they think are dishonest in terms of extra curriculars.

Ok. I will have to make a point of writing about the major ones with my essays to maybe show that theres some substance to them. Thanks, I was worried I would not have enough EC’s but considering that I have so many that are deep that it may be seen as falsified info is a bit comforting although its on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. Thanks again!
