<p>Hey! I live in Texas too! and UT Austin is one of my top choices! I just went to a college fair today. From your stats I’m sure you can get in. Your SAT is really high. Why is your ranking so low though? If you are top 8% you get in automatically …</p>

<p>My school is ridiculously hard…we send about two kids to Harvard, 4 to MIT, a few to Standford, a few to UPenn…every year.</p>

<p>your stats are great (at least in my standards). UT, unfortunately, looks a lot at rank, and you’re only 19%. however, you’re probably going to be the 25% that aren’t in the top 8%. i think you’ll get in though.</p>
