I’d say UVA is a match to low reach because you’re OOS and those admissions can be unpredictable at times.

Can you afford the 50k/year it costs to go to UVA OOS?

I can pay for that, i live in a wealthy town in maine

Take the ACT because you may do better on it. It would be good to try to bring your writing score up as well.

bump bump bump

Fair shot at Tufts, I would say. Don’t underestimate the essays.

another bump

i’d say it is a low reach at both places. you have decent scores, grades, and extracurriculars (they aren’t particularly unique but show lots of dedication and focus). i think you’re good to go as long as you have good essays and recommendations

final bump
