I'm really worried about my SATs, besides chancing me for these schools does anybody have any recommendations for schools that would accept me based on my sats?

Your SATs are very low for those schools. They’re all reaches. For example, University of Rochester (high/average/low):

ACT Combined 32 30 29
SAT Combined 2120 1977 1835
SAT I Math 730 680 630
SAT I Critical Reading 690 645 600

Or Vassar:

ACT Combined 33 31 29
SAT Combined 2180 2067 1955
SAT I Math 720 680 640
SAT I Critical Reading 740 705 670

Or Geneseo:

ACT Combined 30 28 27
SAT Combined 2075 1947 1820
SAT I Math 700 660 620
SAT I Critical Reading 690 645 600

You can study and try to raise your scores, but you seriously need some matches and some safeties. I’d look at some of the less competitive SUNYs. I’ll leave it to those more familiar with East Coast schools to suggest some others.

You will not be admitted at Geneseo, they have a 1200 SAT filter for unhooked students. U of R is your best shot with that score, they seem to look at the student more holistically & put more emphasis on essays, EC’s, & letters of rec… Even with that you are a longshot to overcome your SAT scores. Geneseo has been granting more “delayed entry” admitts lately (guarantee admission for second semester). If your heart is set on one of these schools, transferring from a Community College or SUNY may be your way in?
