Chance me for Yale SCEA?

GPA: 3.8954/4.0 UW, 4.65 W
Rank: 10/451
AP's: 11 AP's total in just about every subject. I'm taking all of the science AP's available. Junior: 5,5,5,4; Sophomore: 3,1 (in bio and a terrible, terrible day...hope it won't kill me because I did ace the class). Senior year I'm taking 5 more AP's.
ACT: 26, 29, 32
Hook: Male Hispanic, gay (don't think that helps), 1st generation American
SAT/SAT II: not submitting (650 USH, Math I)

Laureate Candidate '12: The most demanding diploma in our county that requires students to write a lengthy research paper, present it to a panel, and possibly gain scholarship money. The qualifications for getting it are also hardcore. My topic, "This Research Has Been Censored," a look at censorship in film and literature.
Major: Chemistry and Theatre (Yale would allow me to pursue both of my passions, science and the performing arts.)

EC's: President of drama club, president of International Thespian Society, president & founder of science club, president of gay-straight alliance, historian for glee club, academic team member, Key Club member, Laureate Club, and National Honor Society member.
Volunteer: student director for children's drama camp two years in a row (256 hours), countless hours building sets for the school's plays, bake sales, surgical shadowing, student tutoring (every subject), and fundraisers. I also co-created the first district wide dance for GLBT people for a safe gathering.

Awards: Superior, Excellent, and Superior ratings in monologues, excellence in small group musical, superior in duet musical, superior in solo musical, 2 superiors in one-acts at the district thespian festival, and the Florida State Thespian Festival in 2010-11. Drama Department Award at my high school two years in a row, Academic Recognition Award (3 years so far), Best Thespian 2010,11 (school), National Honor Thespian 2011 (school), finalist for Lemelson-MIT project (science club).

Recommendations: Chemistry teacher, AP English teacher, and Drama teacher of four years. Even though it's not recommended for the third, I'd like to think she'd write quite differently about me, and reveal a different aspect.

Overall, do I have a solid chance at Yale with SCEA? I'm also applying RD to Cornell, Columbia U, University of Chicago, FSU, UF, and UCF.

Yeah I think you have a great chance at yale! your URM status helps you and all of your impressive extracurriculars. the only thing you might consider improving would be your ACT scores to at least a 33 or 34, or possibly consider taking the SAT? and I think you need at least 2 SAT II’s for Yale, but I’m not positive. Your gpa is also really impressive.

Chance me?

Yale, University of Chicago, and my state schools do not require subject tests. They suggest them for placement, but not for admissions. The others, however, all do, which also helped me decide upon SCEA with Yale.

Any more help would be appreciated. :(
