Chance Me/Help Me

First of all, some info:

I'm a rising junior. My GPA is 3.7, my school doesn't do weighted, but if it was, mine would be roughly 4.2. My GPA got substantially better sophomore year, I got straight A's (except for gym...still don't get how that happened), going from 3.5ish unweighed (mainly because of a B-in one class) to 3.9ish unweighed. I took 2/3 offered honors/AP freshman year (french, math) and 3/5 sophomore year (french, math, AP bio), although one of those, AP world, I took the AP for (my teacher told me self-studying+level 1 would be more fun for me...), Next year I will be taking APUSH, AP Chem, Honors English and Honors French 4 (both the highest offered) and level 1 math (precalc). Haven't taken SAT 1 yet. Sat 2, I got 800 on both Bio and APUSH. I'm also going to self study for AP Human Geo, AP French, and possibly/probably AP environmental science+AP US government. Oh, and I got 5's on my 2 APs. My school doesn't have a class rank. What else... I don't play sports, I'm not nearly athletic enough. I do debate, and I have some solid trophies at the regional/national level. I'm big on student government, and I also am an active part of my Armenian community. I've got a couple awards for French, and for writing (Armenian stuff, in English), the latter being outside school. I've coached some soccer, but again, not nearly athletic enough to play.

Now that we got that out of the way, here are some schools I'm looking at:
UCLA, Northwestern, NYU, McGill (family in Canada), U of Toronto, Georgetown Ivies (a kid has to dream).

What are my chances at the above (don't need to give chances for Ivy...), and what are some schools I should be looking at? I want to major in something like political science, or history, something in that general department. I really want a school in a city, like a big one (LA, Chicago, New York, Montreal, Toronto, DC). That's really it. Money isn't really an issue. Oh and I live in the Northeast, if that helps. Other notes: I'm not a party-goer or anything, and I love diversity in terms of cultures. Completely random, I know, but hey, it's info. Oh, and I'm white, in case you're still trying to find Armenia on a map. Lastly, I'm an immigrant, born in Lebanon, moved to States when I was young, and I speak Armenian, but not Arabic. Again, not sure why that matters, but whatever.
Thanks for the help!

I think those are a great selection of colleges. Taking your SAT 1 try to get 2250+ and you would be a really competitive applicant to many of these schools. 800 on SAT IIs are very impressive

Really great! Emphasize your culture in your essays, and you still might get diversity points. Armenia is a very distinctive nation.
