Chances! (for a junior.. and what i could do in the next year to improve)

I know i've already posted before but my school counselor said all the colleges i'm currently looking at are reaches.. which worries me a little.

Stanford
Wellesley
University of Chicago
Columbia
MIT
possible matches? UCLA, UCB... i have no idea what else. any suggestions? I'm most likely going undeclared, and highly unlikely to apply to engineering schools.

GPA: 3.9 (UW- our school doesn't weight)
Freshman was lower, 3.76 (mostly due to low Band/PE grades... its impossibly difficult to get A's in PE classes with some teachers) . Sophomore was 3.98, and junior year so far 3.9
SAT: planning to take in May- hopefully will be above 2300
PSAT: 221
SAT II: USH 760 (sophomore year), Math IIC 800 (junior year)
High honor throughout HS- our school doesn't rank, but i should be around the top 10%.

Courses:
9th grade- regular classes
10th grade- APUSH (5), AP Calc BC (5)
11th grade- currently taking AP Lang, AP Psych, AP Bio, AP Stats.
12th grade (planning)- AP Physics B (our school won't offer C next year), AP Lit, AP Euro Hist, AP French, IB further math (a one year course for people who have finished IB HL math), and i'm still not sure about AP econ..
I'm not one of those people who sit at home all day studying haha. I talked to most of my teachers, and besides AP Lit and AP euro, the other classes shouldn't be that bad. French 4 in junior year is equivalent of AP french, and AP Physics is mostly in class work.
Overall: 11 AP classes, 12 AP exams (including econ), and 1 IB exam

Extracurriculars
Sports: Soccer (since Freshman year). Freshman, 2 years of JV currently. I also play during the preseason intramural league, and i was captain of a team this year. In 9th and 10th grade, my team won the championships. In 10th grade I received the Most Improved Player and All-Conference Player awards.
Tennis- started in junior year. I started playing like 3-4 times a week after watching Wimbledon in the summer before sophomore year, and our school started a JV team in my junior year. Each team has 6 players, i played 3rd seed. I received the Coach's Choice award.
Community service: Habitat for Humanity (weekly meetings, went on a Habitat trip to Sri Lanka soon after the tsunami, helped fix up a school). 120+ hours.
Founded a service club- aims to provide funds and supplies for organizations such as Red Cross and Operation Smile (mainly focusing on aid and medical clubs)
Tutoring: weekly English tutoring, weekly math tutoring. (All my service added together should be around 250+hours)
MUN (3 years so far)- 400+ hours, i've attended 8 conferences. I chaired at one, represented France in Security Council at another, and was recently taking part in Youth Assembly (the forum in MUN that actually writes plans the youth can carry out).

Summer Activities: I don't really have much to show for my summers. In 9th grade summer I studied Pre-calc and skipped the class to take AP Calc BC in 10th grade. 10th grade summer I spent 2 months in taiwan, studying for SAT and i guess reconnecting with Taiwanese culture? prior to that i wasn't really all that accepting of taiwanese trends and stuff, having spent so many years away. Babysat my cousins, and played tennis 4 times a week. 11th grade summer: I plan to study IB HL math that i didnt learn in AP stats/AP calc, volunteer at a hospital, college visits, and play tennis. I might also possibly look for a job, although its hard in Taiwan because the age limit is 18.

Language: bilingual in mandarin/english. (speak/read/write fluently). 6 years of french (starting in 6th grade)
Music: I played the flute for 5 years, piano for 11 (ABRSM level 8, music theory-distinction level 5).

Oh, i also forgot. Which colleges would be good for "safeties"?

Focus your ECs on a specific subject/field (science, medicine, business, leadership/politics, etc.). Try to get something in by the end of your junior year so you can put 11 and 12 on your apps :)
