Hmm…In that case I would rather hear advice from your daughter.

What advice? She graduated #1 and applied only to less known programs at state schools, plus 1 at private school. She has never had “B” in her life so far. She got accepted to 3 out 6 programs that she applied. Rejections came before interview. She got into NEOUCOM, because we are Ohio residents. Apply and see what happen, why you insist on having advice if you do not want it.

no one gives a damn about your daughter. stop posting on the forum, or just have her post herself…

i would shoot myself before i let my mom discuss my credentials on a forum.

-I can’t tell you how many times I’ve read similar threads on this forum, only to see you regurgitate the same information about your daughter over and over and over again. Can you honestly say you knew what the hell “BS/MD” or “BS/DO” stood for until your daughter found out about it and started to apply to them? Given her grades, they’re really great, so of course she would apply to only 6 of them. I’m applying to 17, because I too want a shot at these programs. It’s obvious that she would know more about the application process to these types of programs than you would, which is why I would PREFER advice from herself.

What I do INSIST on having is a simple copy/paste type of reply with the words “match”, “safety”, or even “reach”. That’s ALL. And yet, as MD pointed out earlier, this is apparently too much to ask. I only take college advice with a grain of salt. And guess what? This is also hypothetical. I’ve got all year to up everything. This is certain.

D applied to combined programs only because i recommended her, she had no idea about them. She applied only to 6, because she did not want to waste time and money applying just to get rejections. Some programs on her list were not on known bs/md lists, so it was less competition there. When we went for interviews, i was amazed how little people were informed, some did not know about programs in their own cities! Have to research, not only here, not only on internet. So, I agree actually only with one statement from post above. Yes, apply to as many as you wish and see what happen.
