Chance Me? I will chance back!

I am a junior from Massachusetts and am currently struggling to decide where to apply in the fall. I would really appreciate any advice as to where I should look and/or apply and what my chances are at getting into the schools on my list (which is below). Any suggestions at increasing my chances would be much appreciated. Thank you.

GPA: 3.91
Weighted GPA: 100.076
Top 5% out of 270
SAT: 1940 (630 Reading, 640 Math, 670 Writing)
I am planning on taking the SAT again, as I have only taken it once at this point. I do expect to score higher, even if by a marginal amount.
I have yet to take the ACT or SAT subject tests (planning on doing this in June and in the fall).

Junior Schedule:
Honors Psychology: A+
AP English Language and Composition: A
Accelerate Pre-Calculus: A-
Honors Physics: A
Honors Spanish IV: A+
AP US History: A

Last year I took the AP European History exam and scored a 5.
This year I am taking the AP English Lang & Comp exam and expect to score a 5 (I scored a high ranging 5 on the mock exam in January and my skills have only improved since then).
I am also taking the APUSH exam and expect a 4, but am obviously aiming for a 5.
Next year I am planning on taking AP Calc BC, AP Spanish, AP Literature, and AP Psych. I might switch AP Spanish for AP Physics, though am conflicted on what to do. If anyone has experience in either of these two classes, your advice would be much appreciated.

Extracurriculars: Yearbook Committee (editor), school literary magazine, National English Honor Society, World Language National Honor Society, National Honor Society, member of student bible study, book club, softball, student member of the school council for my town (I meet with parents, teachers, and my principal once a month to discuss issues in the school and suggest solutions), next year I will be the student who reports to the school committee, which is a very prestigious honor as my principal appointed me to this position.
I have completed lots of volunteer hours!
I know I will have great recommendations. Earlier this school year my school experienced a tragedy that made national news and many boundaries have just gone out the window. Teachers and students have had to rely on each other to get through the day, knowing what happened in our building. As a result, I am very close with several of my teachers. They know me as a student, as a member of clubs, and as a person and I am very lucky to have them.

At the moment, I am looking at these schools in particular, though I plan on expanding my list by a few schools:
Boston College
Stonehill College
College of the Holy Cross
Assumption College
Providence College

Thank you all very much!

You’re a match for Boston College, but I don’t know a lot about the other schools. Extracurriculars are good but you definitely could and should increase your SAT.

Any of these schools will be glad to have you. Write personal letters to directors of admission and tell them why you want to go to their school. Get great recommendations and write an excellent essay from your heart.

You should be able to get into all off them. Make certain you visit all of them and tour the campus as they all have a very different vibe.
