Please advise and let me know what I should reach for regarding ACT.

Without the ACT it’s kind of impossible dear. The EC’s look really great although the course load could be a bit better if possible. Go ahead and take the ACT/SAT once or twice and come back for more feedback.

Aim for a 33-34 on the ACT.

Just wondering, would you mind listing what IB courses you are planning on taking. This makes a difference. Also I have never heard of AP Precalculus???

What you want is fortune telling, not chancing. You should use this summer to prepare for the ACT and/or SAT. Try to reach your plateau score by the Fall and score the best you can in PSAT. Also aim for finishing all ACT or SAT by the end of junior year. Then you are ready for chancing. By the way, there is no AP preCalc.

Thank you so much for your responses. This really helps! I am scheduled for the summer to enroll in a ACT tutoring program in hopes to take the ACT in the Fall. Sorry for the typo/ Honors PreCalc. IB courses scheduled for Fall, English HL 1, Spanish 5 HL, Math SL 2, Bio 2 SL (only offer), Psych HL and History of Americas HL. Again, I will focus on ACT/PSAT prep this summer for the Fall. Thanks again! I appreciate the feedback.

Score a 33+ ACT and ED to your #1 and you will have a shot. Your curriculum isn’t crazy rigorous for IB, but it is still IB which gives you an incredible edge (especially at vandy)
