<p>Like many Asian students (I’m assuming you’re from Korea), your SATs are fantastic but nothing really unusual. Your unweighted GPA imo is a little on the low side but it depends on your school rank. Nothing extraordinary for ECAs but nothing that raises a red flag either. Your best bet is to work hard on your personal statements to really make yourself stand out. </p>
<p>I think applying to STEM helps you since most people I know who applied to Columbia do it for their humanities programmes though I could be mistaken. Good luck! Columbia is kind of a reach of most people anyway.</p>
<p>@chandelure, Columbia Engineering admissions is separate and only very slightly less selective. To the OP, I will say everything looks great except your GPA. If you have a really good essay, you have a shot. Good luck.</p>
