Chance me like one of your French girls

Hi CCers :)

I'm an incoming high school Junior, and I suppose I should start the college search. It'd mean the world if you took the time to read a little bit about me, and provide any feedback about where I am/where I'm headed. Thanks

Profile-
16 year old, Asian and White, male, from relatively wealthy family in MD. Nothing too special there.

Academics-
GPA (after 2 years): 4.0 UW 4.79 W
Class rank: ~4/~320 good public school
Sophomore PSAT: 207
SAT 1: Done 2000+ on practice. Goal of 2200+ in spring is reasonable I believe.
Only 2 AP tests thus far:
AP CompSci AB=5.
AP US Government=5.
Will hope for maybe 12 total AP tests by senior year, and hopefully all 5s by that point. Maybe not.

ECs-
Swim year-round. Top 10 in state for multiple events for age.
XC on hopefully varisity as a Junior and Senior, and likely co-captain as Senior.
Triathlon competitor, finishing top 3 in age group for large national triathlon.
Works as head lifeguard over the summer.
Coaches at local swim team.
Captain of swim club at school.
Volunteers as anesthesia tech at local hospital 200+ hours.
Shadowed multiple doctors multiple times. (Ie Anesthesiologists, Cardiologists, Spine surgeons)

So, with regards to a major, I'm interested into going into medicine but I don't want to eliminate other future career options. I was personally thinking Biomedical Engineering. And beyond that, 2 schools I have in mind are GTech and Rice (dream school). What are my chances for those programs, are there any other schools that would be a low reach or match for me with a good similar program, and is there anything else that I could/should be doing right now to head in this direction? I apologize for the long post, thanks for reading if you stuck 'til the end.

Rice: Reach
GA Tech: Aim for 30+/2050+

Would a 2200 make Rice less of a reach?

Sorry dumb question. Would it be near-match then?
