<p>Here are my stats
UMIAMI is my dream school and I plan to apply ED and everything. No financial aid at all needed so I don't know whether that would help or not.
GPA: 3.15
SAT: 2000 <a href="took%20again%20waiting%20for%20my%20scores...hopefully%20I%20broke%202000">1350 M+CR</a>
ACT: N/A
AP: School doesn't offer
Course load: some honors, some regular
EC: Varsity tennis, leader of 2 clubs, camp counselor, JSA, the usual etc.
Community service: 160 hours...I volunteer at a group home with 5 mentally challenged guys and we hang out, watch movies, play basketball, go to events etc. for a few hours a week. I wrote my essay about them and how we all became really good friends.</p>

<p>Will my GPA really kill me? My school is a very competitive private school with a dual curriculum if that helps.
I am also looking at: Tulane, U Arizona, Syracuse, GW, UT Austin (OOS),</p>

<p>If your school doesn’t offer ap courses that might also be a downfall. Your sat score is good for the schools you listed but I think the GPA could affect your chances… however, if you have a great essay it could really help you. Good luck, and chance me back please.</p>
