I’m worried that not having any business EC’s will hurt me
Being out of state lowers your chances. I believe only 7% of all slots are allocated to OOS. Your ranking is great and your SAT score is as well. It is probably too late to do DECA or something like that to strengthen your ECs. Write a great essay, apply early but do realize UT is a reach school. Make sure you apply to matches and safeties.
