I d say good chances, even for Stanford and MIT. Of course it goes without saying that you should look into more attainable schools as well.

For MIT and Stanford I would think that you chances are at least as good as the average applicant, and possibly slightly better. However, chances “slightly better than the average applicant” are low enough that you definitely need to apply elsewhere as well.

Yeh, it is a strong application. I would also apply to 1 or 2 schools a little below MIT/Stanford that have the program you are looking for and a match and safety below Carnegie Mellon.
