I've taken all honors/AP classes for my high school career, weighted GPA is just core subjects
I'm pretty content with my test scores/extracurriculars, but do I have the GPA to get into some of those reach schools?

Illinois - low match
Michigan - match/high match
Wisconsin - match
Northwestern - high reach
USC - reach
Notre Dame - low reach/reach
U Chicago - high reach

And I think you’re right about all your safety schools.

U Chicago and USC are high reaches for everyone.
Notre Dame is a low to mid reach
Northwestern is mid reach.
Your extra curriculars are good, see if you could get internships or something to differentiate yourself from other candidates.
Also, you should look into Georgia Tech! I know someone who went to Notre Dame but transferred to GT and she likes it a lot better!
Good luck!

Are you talking about NHSMUN? Because if you are, and you weren’t in one of a few special committees, there aren’t any awards given. In fact, it’s one of the premier reasons why NHSMUN claims it’s an educational conference.

@Aurelian Its a Delegation Award (for my school). I was chosen to speak at closing ceremonies, however. But yeah I also have individual awards at other conferences that I didn’t include (several Bests and Outstandings)

@lahula521‌ lol USC is not a high reach unless you applying for film…

@Oberyn I’m aware of that but not everyone can get into a college with a 17-20% acceptance rate. It’s a reach for a lot of people, but I suppose I should take back some of my words. Bakeland5 could probably get in, so I want to correct myself and say that it would be high match or low reach.

Can you recalculate your GPA as uw 4.0 max scale. 4.1 wGPA in 5.0 scale is not informative for chancing.
