International student..need help

Hi I am a Korean student, just came to America last year as a Junior
I'm in a private Catholic school in Illinois
my ACT is 33, English 32, Math 35, Reading 32, Science 32
GPA 94% weighted, 95% uw -( I did not have much chance to have honors/ap classes)
I am currently taking 5 AP classes as a senior,
Euro, Calc AB, Lang. Comp, Biology, Physics C and they are all between 92~95%

I do not have many ECs either;
half year of Model UN club
1.5 years of volunteering in library
half year of tutoring
in summer I volunteered in a college for tech crew
Translating volunteer for last two years
Math Team captain for this year (several regional awards and in school awards, one state competition 10th place)

Toefl 104, and Subject test : Math(2) 800, Physics 750

I am applying for
Georgia Tech, EA
Notre Dame (I thought I would have higher chance because I'm in a catholic school)
Northwestern (as early decision, no f/a)
UC Berkeley
UCLA
UIUC
UMich
Wisconsin Madison
all for engineering

Do you guys think I have a good chance on those schools??

What’s your budget? Are you a permanent resident (with a State) or are you on a student visa?

I’m international student with visa, and I could afford up to 60,000 a year

Georgia Tech, EA => good chance, it’s a match
Notre Dame => match
Northwestern => reach, you’ll need the ED bump
UC Berkeley => reach but possible
UCLA => reach but possible
UIUC => match
UMich => reach but possible
Wisconsin Madison=> safety if you apply by the end of October

Great chance except UCLA and U Mich.

Glad that you can pay for school, otherwise it would be much much harder

Thanks a lot! Yeah I am glad that I could pay :)

For UMich CoE, it would be a low reach as you are right at the admission average. The admission rate is getting lower and lower that it was 20% this year. For UIUC, it depends on your intended major.
For te cost, UMich CoE would be over $60k by the time you reach upperclassmen years.
