chance me-ok gpa but bad ec & tests

Academic GPA : 4.16 (W), 3.97 (NW)
Total GPA: 4.11(W), 3.94(UW)
10-11 GPA: 4.27(W), 4.00(UW)

*I took only 2 AP Classes (AP Bio and AP Computer Science) but Pre-Calc Honors is weighted in my school

SAT: 1860
SAT II: Korean 800
AP Tests: Biology 4, Computer Science 4

Community Service: 100 hours (Library)
450 hours (Helping out at church)

I had to work, and since I worked from 9th grade..I worked a total of about 4000 hours. I didn't receive any awards or participate in any extracurricular activities, although I was in symphonic band in 9th and 10th grades.

I only took 1 SAT so far, and I am planning to take it again in my senior year.
I'm pretty sure I can raise it up to about 2000.
And for SAT II, I am planning to take Biology and Math 2.
I'll probably score about 750 on Bio but I'm bad in Math.

I have no idea which universities I have chances of getting into..
But I want to apply to UCSD, UCLA..do I have any chances?

Based upon you getting a 750 on your SAT II Biology exam, but not increasing your SAT I score, here is how I rate your chances at the UCs

UC Berkeley: Slight Reach
UCLA: Match to Slight Reach (closer to match, but barely)
UCSD:Match
UCI/UCSB/UCD/UCSC--Safe Match

Here is how I rate you with a 750 SAT II Biology exam and with a 2000 score on the SAT I

UC Berkeley/UCLA: Match
UCSD: Safe Match to Match
UCI/UCSB/UCD--Safety to Safe Match
UCSC--Safety

What goes on in CA where all you guys seem to have high GPAs and low scores?

You should look at Florida if you think we in California have high GPAs and low test scores. The difference between the two is even more dramatic there.
