<p>Okay I will cut to the chase so here we go...
Schools I am looking into:
-Fordham
-Rutgers NB</p>

<p>-I am an Econ Major and Math major
-Transferring from a CC
-Will have around 65 credits (give or take a few)
- around a GPA 3.2
-Wrote for my CC newspaper as Sports editor
-I am on the Speech and debate team
-I currently hold a job of four years while going to school (server, I work 5 days a week)
-By myself I created and run my own software company (iPhone/android app developing) and was signed to a big marketing company and valued at around 300k
-I volunteer at an animal shelter by me every week (will have well over 100 hours by the time I make my transcripts)</p>

<p>Also I will be applying for spring 2015 </p>

<p><em>IMPORTANT</em> I did terrible in HS, basically barely graduated. Will this hurt me? I've matured a lot since then and now take life and my academics very seriously; I've done a complete 180. </p>

<p>I am a Cali resident and a white male. </p>

I still think you have a great chance of getting into both schools, more so rutgers than fordham.
Despite the low gpa, your ec’s are pretty outstanding. Good luck!</p>

<p>Fordham and Rutgers will be a challenge (more so Fordham than Rutgers) because of your GPA, but that software company is quite impressive/unique!
Anything is possible though and if you put your 100% effort, I believe that you can get in. </p>
