Okay so my freshmen and sophomore year I was struggling with family issues, so my grades weren't good. I had a 2 something freshman and a 3.2 sophomore. My junior year I have a 3.8 and my senior year I am taking honors physics and AP gov. My cum. gpa is 3.172 right now. I got a 34 on my ACT with a 36 on both reading and science. What are my chances of getting into OSU?

Are you instate?

Yes I am instate

You should get in, with how much scholarship however I don’t know…

Thank you for your help, it is much appreciated

That ACT is phenomenal. OSU factors in things like family issues and upward academic trends. Your improving and challenging yourself, they love that kind of stuff. You my friend are going to be a Buckeye. Congratulations!

Should I put my family issues in the additional information part of the common app? Or do they not want to hear about that?
