With test scores at or above the mid-point and a 3.8 GPA, you are statistically competitive at all these schools. The problem is in admittance rates. Notre Dame is the “easiest” at 23% followed closely by Berkeley at 22%. All the other schools are at 20% or lower admissions rates. To my way of thinking that makes those 8 all reaches, with Berkeley and ND as high matches.

I’m not suggesting you’ll get shut out, but I do see more rejections than acceptances on that list. Being OOS and having to pay higher tuition, Berkeley may be your best shot. I assume you have safeties and less competitive match schools on your list as well.

Your ACT is great and your GPA is good! 9 APs is incredible by the way! However, your ECs aren’t that amazing. lol, I also speak two languages!

Stats-wise, you’re competitive for all these schools. However, your ECs are a little bit lacking. Since you didn’t specify your major and how closely your ECs are directed at your expected major, we can’t judge on them.

-Berkeley - High Match (The UCs seem to care a little more about the numbers)
