GPA: 3.86 unweighted 4.48 weighted at a competitive public high school
SAT: 780 math 700 reading 720 writing = 2200 total
EC: Varsity indoor and outdoor track for all 4 years of high school, went to various different countries for mission trips every summer of high school, some clubs, a lot of volunteer work, was on a tv show directed towards saving the environment
SAT II: NONE (This is why I don't think I'll get in, but I'm still hoping)
Essays: Lets just assume that they're pretty well-written
Recommendations: 2 very good ones
I honestly think I have about a 30-40% chance of getting in, but what do you think?

You’re within Emory’s range statistically so this is going to come down to the quality of your essays, demonstrated interest, and other similar factors.

Don’t worry about the lack of SAT II’s; Emory encourages you to send them if you’ve taken them for other schools but doesn’t expect you to go out and take them just because they’re “encouraged.”

I’d say you have a good shot.

Your stats look like they are in Emory’s ranges.
Emory dosen’t require SAT2’s so no worries there. You didn’t mention your class rank or how many AP’s and honors classes but assuming that you have a decent amount of AP’s and your class rank is in the top 5 or 10%, I’d say you have a very good chance of admission.
