chance me please! Hampshire is my first choice!

I'm currently a senior looking to study creative writing and i'm am nervous about applying to schools. I want to here opinions from strangers because I will ultimately be judged by people who don't know me and are just looking at my stats. Advice would be greatly appreciated!
I'm applying to:
-Hampshire College (first choice)
-Oberlin College
-Sarah Lawrence
-Weslyean University
-Champlain College (safety)
-UMass Amherst
-and possibly Bard College

i'm in the top 25% of my class, I have a 3.6 unweighted GPA, and a 26.8 weighted GPA out of 34. I know my weighted GPA is weak, but it will definitely increase this year. I am taking almost all honors classes. My major concern is my lack of AP classes. I haven't taken any, but in my defense, there really hasn't been any AP classes that interest me (my school has very few, mostly in math and science).

EC:
-I've been waitressing at an assistant living for three years and I am the shift leader
-I am the teacher's aid in a special ed classroom during the summer
-I volunteer for my family friend's catering company
-Editor of my school's lit mag
-Officer/communications manager for Peer Leaders
-E-board member/training director for my school's radio station
-I am putting together an art show featuring local artists who use toxin-free oils and art supplies

SAT
Math:600
Reading: 590
Writing: 560

ACT: 27

Subject Tests:
Math: 530 eeeek
English: 600
Bio: 560

I'm retaking both this month. My SATs aren't so great. Most of the schools I am applying to don't require them and I would rather send my ACTs.

I know my guidance counselor loves me, so i'm not worried about her recommendation. I am also getting them from my english teacher who has had me three times and my Chem teacher who has witnessed my determination.

I am quite proud of my essay. Instead of doing the regular "THIS CHANGED MY LIFE!", I decided to explain how my personality would be represented in a recipe. I wrote it in my SAT prep class and my teacher gave me an A, so i'm not too worried.

I've had interviews at Hampshire and Oberlin and I think they went over very well.
I think that is it...I would really appreciate some advice.
thanks! :)
